ADDITIONAL MEALS OR MEALS FOR NON-RESIDENT ATTENDEES Meals that are not covered in the conference registration, the housing reservations package, or for any guests not residing in the conference housing accommodations (such as local attendees or extra guests) may be purchased by buying meal tickets at the Conference Registration Desk from 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday and Saturday; from 8:00am-12:00pm on Sunday. Meals are provided in the Covel Residential Restaurant at the following individual rates: • Breakfast     $9.50    7:00am-9:00am • Lunch    $11.50    11:30am-2:00pm • Dinner    $13.50    5:00pm-8:00pm PARKING FEES Parking is $8.00 per day (any portion of the 24-hour period from 7:00am-7:00am), and allows for in and out privileges. A parking permit will also be required on the day of check-out. Parking is $24.00 for three days (Friday-Sunday) per car. Parking is $32.00 for four days (Thursday-Sunday) per car. The Sunset Village Parking Garage is located directly underneath the Covel Commons building, site of the conference. Parking permits in the Sunset Village Parking Garage are valid for a 24-hour period from 7:00am to 6:59am. Please note that on any day, including the final day of stay, a permit is required if the vehicle is in the parking garage after 7:00am. Place the permit on the inside of the windshield above the vehicle’s steering wheel, with the date clearly visible to the outside. Parking permits may be purchased at the IEDTA Registration Desk during the hours it is open. Registration Desk Hours: Thursday, September 8, 4:00pm-7:00pm Friday, September 9, 7:30am-5:00pm Saturday, September 10, 7:30am-5:00pm Sunday, September 11, 7:30am-2:00pm At other times parking permits may be purchased from the Sunset Village Front Desk 24-hours a day. Thirty-minute courtesy parking is provided on the Sunset Village Parking Garage Level 1 This period of time is provided to allow a guest to purchase a valid parking permit. The guest will then promptly move the vehicle to a regular parking space. Note: do not park in any space labeled “Blue Permit Only” or “X-Permit Only” or “Handicapped.” Commuters may also purchase daily parking permits at various parking kiosks on campus.
