About UCLA's Accommodations
Housing for the ACTC Conference will be located in De Neve Plaza, one of UCLA's newer residential communities, and is adjacent to the meeting space, for your convenience. Accommodations feature single or double occupancy rooms (two twin beds in each) with private baths and a number of amenities. De Neve Plaza also features a 24-hour front desk that includes faxing and photocopying services.
The housing package includes breakfast and lunch in UCLA's De Neve Plaza residential restaurant, where meals are buffet style and all-you-care-to-eat. Breakfast includes an omelete bar, waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, and other hot and cold dishes as well as assorted breads, pastries, and fresh fruit. Lunch entrees include grilled burgers and sandwiches, homemade pizza, hot daily special entrees, a bountiful salad bar, and plenty of delicious desserts. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to recreational facilities, including tennis courts and swimming pools.
Housing Reservations
The Online Housing Registration Form will be available November 1, 2004. All housing reservations must be made online via this conference website. All reservations made on or before June 25, 2005 are guaranteed the negotiated conference housing rate. Requests for housing after June 25, 2005 are subject to availability of rooms and prevailing rates. A credit card is required to make a housing reservation. UCLA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
