UCLA Conference Services is providing this encrypted, secure user-friendly site for all Housing Reservations. Attendees can make Housing Reservations by clicking on the Housing button and paying securely on-line. September 2, 2005 – Guaranteed Rate Deadline The deadline to guarantee the special Housing rates is September 2, 2005. After this date, the room rate cannot be guaranteed and will be offered only on a space available basis. Sunset Village Housing Packages The UCLA conference facilities include basic, hotel-like accommodations at the site of the conference. All rooms in Sunset Village are private rooms with private bath, air-conditioning, high-speed Internet access, cable television with remote control, comfortable furnishings, and daily maid service. Each room has two twin beds and occupancy cannot exceed two (2) persons per room. Guest room areas are on campus and are adjacent to all meeting spaces. The Sunset Village parking garage is located directly beneath the facility. Breakfast and lunch are included in the room and board package rate, beginning with breakfast on the morning following check-in, and ending with lunch on the day of departure. Also included in the room rate are recreation privileges at the John Wooden Athletic Center with workout and exercise facilities, and at the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center with outdoor tennis courts, swimming pools, and grassy areas for relaxing. Sunset Village Room and Board Package Rates Sunset Village Sleeping Rooms Private Room with Private Bathroom Single Occupancy $117.00 per night: total for one person, including two meals (breakfast and lunch) Double Occupancy $142.00 per night: total for two people, including two meals (breakfast and lunch) Shared Bath Sleeping Rooms Shared Bath sleeping rooms consist of two bedrooms and a bathroom. This design is ideal for families with children. These two-room suites accommodate up to four occupants, with two people in each room. Single Occupancy $105.00 per room per night: total for one person, including two meals (breakfast and lunch) Double Occupancy $130.00 per room per night: total for two persons, including two meals (breakfast and lunch) Note:   Any person (child or adult) occupying a bed is considered an “occupant.” The room rate package is the same for all age occupants. (i.e. Four occupants sharing a 2 bedroom, one bath suite will pay $260.00 per night; that also includes 2 meals per person - breakfast and lunch). Payment and Policies All payments will be processed in U.S. dollars only, and are subject to current exchange rates. Payment must accompany the Conference Registration and Housing Reservations process. Housing Reservations will not be processed without payment. All Conference Registration and Housing Reservations will be made and paid with your credit card on the encrypted and secure website. The total amount for Housing must be paid at time of reservation. Guests may check-in prior to the conference, as early as Sunday, September 4th at the special conference rate. All guests must check-out by Monday, September 12, 2005.
